About Us

Hudson Partners’ seven professionals work as a team on every assignment. Each member adds a unique, highly developed set of perspectives, insights, experiences, and skills to the fundraising process.

Hudson Partners has a flat hierarchy, keeping lines of communication short and fluid, facilitating the flow of ideas, and maintaining momentum during the fundraising process. Enhancing Hudson Partners’ approach is the firm’s practice of focusing on a small number of fundraising assignments each year for managers with non-conflicting investment strategies.

Hudson Partners’ professionals are in continuous contact with members of the investment community, gauging trends and tracking investor activity. This investor information is compiled daily and shared across the firm, providing clients with unparalleled market insights that enable them to react quickly to investor interests and requests. Hudson Partners’ deep knowledge of the institutional investor market is also drawn from extensive buy-side experience gained while some of the principals were part of major investment management firms.

Hudson Partners provides access to a broad range of investors throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Greater China, the Middle East, and other select regions. In addition to primary investments, the firm also arranges for co-investments alongside investment management firms that serve as lead investors.

Investors include financial institutions, public and corporate pension funds, endowments and foundations, advisors and consultants, funds-of-funds, insurance companies, and large family offices.

Different types of investments involve varying degrees of risk, and there can be no assurance that any specific investment will either be suitable or profitable for an investor’s investment portfolio.
